A shirt that is a little different
At Round Door Workshop, we do not mass produce. When you place an order, a fresh blank is pulled from our inventory and prepared for the machine. Every one of our designs are original, digitized and stitched by us. The result is an embroidered piece that is crafted with care, washes beautifully, and retains its shape for years to come.
Materials
We use the fantastic AS Colour classic tees. They are selected for thier substantial and premium feeling weight, featuring 280 GSM combed cotton that provides a classic and familiar silhouette.
The Stitching
Every design is digitized in house to control the exact path of the needle. We use high-tensile threads that resist fraying and fading. Because we stitch to order, we avoid the structural pulling common in mass-produced embroidery, ensuring the backing remains soft against the skin.
